Good advice is easy to find. Doing it every day is the hard part.
Advice you forget
Articles and videos say "sleep better, worry less", then leave you to work out how.
Chats that end
A chatbot answers, the tab closes, and nothing is there tomorrow to keep you going.
Faith left out
For many people, faith is how they cope. Most apps ignore it, or get it wrong.
Your assistant
Not a chat that forgets. An assistant that knows your plan and walks it with you.
Plans
Builds a 4 to 8 week plan from reviewed, research-based steps. It never invents new ones.
Reminds
Invites you at the times you choose, with quiet hours. Never guilt, never streak pressure.
Explains
Ask how to do today’s step, or why it helps. Answers stay inside your plan.
Checks in
A two-minute check-in each week shows how things are moving, in plain words.
Adapts
Suggests lighter or different steps when life gets busy. You always choose.
If anything you write suggests you are in danger, the assistant stops and shows local help first.
Journeys
See a plan unfold. Week by week, for different people.
OCD, PTSD, social anxiety, low confidence and more: the science steps, the optional faith track, the daily calendar and how the score changed.

Every plan reviewed by clinical experts
Every plan, step and questionnaire is reviewed by doctoral-level clinical psychologists (PhD or PsyD) and psychiatrists (MD) before it goes live. Nothing reaches you until they approve it.
- Each plan checked step by step, with its research sources
- Safety rules and crisis steps signed off by a psychiatrist
- Faith practices checked separately, by a scholar of each tradition
Planned: private one-to-one sessions with a psychiatrist, booked inside the app.
Your faith, if you want it
Science always comes first. If you would like, you can add practices from your own tradition as a second track. Every verse, hadith or quote comes from a verified library with its exact source. If a source can’t be confirmed, we leave it out.

- Exact, checked sources for every practice

Questions people ask
Is this therapy?
No. It is a wellness app that helps you put research-based self-help steps into practice. It does not replace a doctor or therapist, and for some issues it will suggest you see one.
Where do the steps come from?
From a library of steps based on published research, such as CBT and behavioural activation. Licensed clinicians review every step before launch. The AI only chooses and orders steps from that library; it never writes new ones.
Do I have to be religious?
Not at all. The faith track is off unless you choose it. Many people use the app with science steps only.
What if I miss days?
That is normal. You choose how to pick up again: carry on, repeat the last day, or spread the steps out. Your progress is never reset.
What happens if I am in crisis?
A calm "Get help now" button is on every screen, with local helplines. If your answers suggest you are in danger, the plan pauses and help comes first.
