Start with what is hard
Pick from anxiety and overthinking, low mood, sleep, stress and burnout, job loss, or conflict at home. OCD, PTSD, social anxiety and low confidence follow soon after launch.
Everything the app does to turn advice into daily action. Labels show what is ready at launch and what comes next.
You name what is hard. The app builds a short plan from a library of steps that clinicians have reviewed, then walks you through it.
Pick from anxiety and overthinking, low mood, sleep, stress and burnout, job loss, or conflict at home. OCD, PTSD, social anxiety and low confidence follow soon after launch.
A few questions, including standard questionnaires like GAD-7 for worry and PHQ-9 for mood, so the plan fits where you are today.
Every step comes from a reviewed library and shows why it helps and where the evidence comes from. The AI only picks and orders steps; it never writes new ones.
Before you start, see the weeks ahead, how long each day takes, and what you will try. Change start date and reminder times, then begin.
Each week you check in. If a step isn’t working, the app suggests a swap. You always choose; nothing changes without your yes.
When the plan ends, see what helped most, and keep going with lighter weekly steps so the progress stays.
Every screen answers one question: what do I do today?
2 to 4 small tasks, 5 to 20 minutes in total. Tick them off, or mark them partly done. No wall of advice.
See every day of the plan. Move a task to another day when life gets busy.
Missed a few days? Pick up where you left off, repeat the last day, or spread the steps out. Progress is never reset.
A 5-second mood check with faces and words, and a journal only you can read. Entries are encrypted for you alone.
"Your worry score went from 14 to 9." Charts of your scores, mood and sleep, with what each number means.
A warm moment on day 7, 14 and 21. No streak to lose, no shouting confetti.
The steps are things you do, so the app gives you the tools to do them.
Breathing pacer, 5-4-3-2-1 grounding, thought records, worry time and a sleep diary, each one step at a time.
Short relaxation, sleep and body-scan audio. Download it for nights without signal.
Ask "how do I do today’s step?" or "I only have five minutes". The coach knows your plan, and points you back to it. It is not a therapist.
A short note each week: what you did, what changed, and what is next.
Set times that suit your day. Reminders reach every device you use, and stop once a task is done.
Phone, browser or email. Tick a task on one device and the reminder clears on the others.
No reminders while you sleep, pray or work, unless you ask for them.
Send your plan to Google, Apple or Outlook calendar.
If you haven’t opened the app for a few days, one kind message. Never more, and you can turn it off.
Science always comes first. If you choose, a second track adds practices from your own tradition, with exact, checked sources.
Off unless you turn it on. Choose your tradition, or none. Faith steps sit beside science steps and never replace them.
Each verse, hadith or passage comes from a verified library with its exact reference. Hadith show their grade (Sahih or Hasan only). If a source can’t be confirmed, it is left out.
For Muslim users who want them: reminders built around the five daily prayers for your city.
A calm counter for dhikr, rosary, mantra or simran, with a gentle tap.
Islam and Christianity at launch. Judaism, Hinduism, Buddhism, Sikhism and Chinese traditions follow, each reviewed by a scholar of that tradition.
Help is one tap away on every screen, and it is never hidden behind a paywall.
A calm "Get help now" button with local helplines for your country, free for everyone.
If answers or messages suggest you may be in danger, the plan pauses and help comes first.
Every plan, step and questionnaire is reviewed by doctoral-level clinical psychologists (PhD or PsyD) and psychiatrists (MD) before it goes live.
Book a private video session with a licensed psychiatrist inside the app. Share your plan and progress with them only if you choose to.
Some issues work best with a doctor or therapist. The app says so clearly, and later helps you find one.
Your data is yours. It runs your plan and nothing else.
Each person’s journal and chat entries are encrypted with their own key.
Export all your data, or delete your account and every trace of it, in one tap.
No advertising SDKs and no third-party trackers. Analytics are anonymous and combined.
Health answers and your faith choice are stored separately and never used for marketing.
One account on your phone, tablet and computer.
Use it in your browser, or install the app. Your plan follows you, and works offline.
Full right-to-left Urdu at launch, with Arabic and Hindi next.
Invite one trusted person to see only what you choose to share, like whether you did today’s steps.
Licences for employers, universities, NGOs, mosques, churches and community centres, with anonymous reports only.
The same app on your Mac.
