Who you are buying from

Mendaly is run by Goagentic Labs. Questions and refund requests: support@mendaly.com.

What you are buying

A founding-member pre-order of Mendaly Premium, before the app launches. You choose the first year of Premium (yearly) or the first month of Premium (monthly), at 20% off the usual price shown on our pricing page.

Prices are in US dollars for every country. Your bank may convert the amount to your currency and may charge its own fee.

Pay now, or reserve

You can reserve the founding price for free and pay nothing until launch. Or you can pay now. Paying now is a single payment through Stripe. It does not set up an automatic renewal.

When Premium starts

Your paid period starts on the day you first sign in to Premium after launch with the email you used for the pre-order, not on the day you pay. We will email you when the app opens.

When your paid period ends, Premium only continues if you choose to subscribe, at the price shown at that time. We will remind you before then.

If launch takes longer

If Premium is not available within 12 months of your payment, we refund you in full automatically.

Refunds

Before your Premium starts, you can get a full refund at any time, for any reason. Email support@mendaly.com from the email you used, or reply to your receipt.

After your Premium starts, you can still ask for a full refund within 14 days. After that, you can cancel at any time and keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days. This does not affect your legal rights where you live.

If things change

If we cannot launch Premium, or what Premium includes changes in a way that matters to you, you can get a full refund.

What Premium is, and is not

Mendaly is a wellness app for adults (18 or over), not a medical service and not an emergency service. Features planned for later, such as sessions with a psychiatrist, are not part of this pre-order unless the pricing page says so.
